Effect of Cancellation

Reactivation

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we understand that issues may arise. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

Standard Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Within 7 Days: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription (the "Satisfaction Guarantee Period").
• Service Unavailability: If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
• Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charges.

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

• After the 7-day Satisfaction Guarantee Period has expired.
• For partial subscription periods if you cancel mid-cycle (we do not prorate refunds for unused time).
• If access issues are due to problems with your own API keys or third-party services.
