2. Service Description

Innovaminded provides a platform that allows users to access and interact with various AI services using their own API keys.

Our primary offerings include:

  • Access to multiple AI service providers through a single interface
  • Management of API keys across different services
  • Various subscription plans with different levels of access

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

3. API Keys and Third-Party Services

Our Service requires you to provide your own API keys for accessing third-party AI services. By providing these API keys, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have obtained these API keys legally and in accordance with the terms of the respective service providers.
  • You are responsible for any costs or charges incurred from the use of these third-party services through our platform.
  • We act solely as an intermediary and are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or quality of any third-party service.
  • You agree to comply with the terms of service of all third-party providers whose services you access through our platform.

While we take reasonable measures to secure your API keys, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

You may cancel your subscription either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, and valid payment method information.

5. Free Trial

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time.

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the free trial.

If you do enter your billing information when signing up for a free trial, you will not be charged by us until the free trial has expired. On the last day of the free trial period, unless you cancelled your subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee for the type of subscription you have selected.

At any time and without notice, we reserve the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the free trial offer, or (ii) cancel such free trial offer.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or third-party providers), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Innovaminded and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Innovaminded.

You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights to any content, documents, or other materials viewed through the Service. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

7. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

  • The Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location;
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected;
  • The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or
  • The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

This disclaimer of warranty applies to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
